摘  要:介绍了膨润土、凹凸棒石、海泡石和透闪石等黏土矿物的晶体结构,对四种黏土矿物进行了X射线分析,并用电子显微镜观察其颗粒形态,将不同悬浮剂配制成的醇基涂料用于铸件生产,获得了较好的效果.试验结果表明,锂基和有机膨润土引发后能在醇类溶剂中溶胀;链状结构的黏土矿物能直接在醇类溶剂中分散,适用于配制可长途运输的干粉涂料.The crystal structure of clay minerals, such as bentonite, attapulgite, sepiolite and tremolite, were introduced. Four kinds of clay minerals were analyzed by X-ray, and their particle morphology were observed with electron microscope. The alcohol-based coatings with different suspending agent were used in casting production to obtain the preferable results. The test results show that the lithium bentonite and organic bentonite can swell in alcohol solvent after initiating; The clay minerals with chain structure can be directly dispersed in alcohol solvent, which is suitable for the preparation of powder coatings for long-distance transport.
