摘  要:为解决切分轧辊楔内裂纹以及楔尖掉块问题,选择采用贝氏体球铁离心轧辊,外层(工作层)为贝氏体球铁,芯部为高强度球铁.确定了轧辊内外层材质的化学成分,介绍了切分轧制贝氏体离心轧辊的铸造工艺和热处理工艺,分析了轧辊的显微组织及其质量控制方法.实际生产结果表明,贝氏体离心轧辊具有很高的强度、韧性、耐热性、耐磨性和抗疲劳性能,从而延长了其使用寿命.To solve the crack within the wedge and its tip falling, the bainitic ductile cast iron centrifugal roll was chosen, of which the outer layer material was bainitic ductile cast iron and the core material was high strength ductile iron. The chemical composition of roll was determined. The casting process and heat treatment of bainitic ductile cast iron centrifugal roll for slitting were introduced. The microstructure of roller and its quality control were analyzed. Practical production results show that bainite centrifugal rolls have high strength, toughness, heat resistance, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance to prolong their service life.
