摘  要:立柱滑座的立柱结合面加工后发现气孔等铸造缺陷,分析了气孔缺陷产生的原因.通过采用倾斜浇注,提高铁液在铸型中的压力,使低温铁液从铸型末端冒口处流出,保证铸型中铁液能够同时凝固,从而避免了铸件产生的气孔等缺陷.因气孔缺陷造成的铸件废品率由5%降低到1%,效果明显.The blowhole was found at the surface of column for slide after processing, and the causes of defects were analyzed. By using the sloping casting, the pressure of molten iron in the mold was increased to make the low-temperature molten iron flowing from the riser at the end of mold. Meanwhile the simultaneous solidification of molten iron in mold can be ensured to avoid the blowhole of castings. The rejection rate caused by blowhole decreases from 5% to 1%, and the effects are obvious.
