摘　　要：首先分析了高校网络舆情危机演化过程,构建了高校网络舆情危机的GERT演化模型,设计了"分级应对"机制,通过百度指数和阶段活动持续时间两个主要指标进行危机等级判断,为管理者提供了有效的决策依据.建议管理者建立事前预防、事中控制、事后反思和监测的应对机制,来防止危机的扩大和再次发生.最后,用案例验证模型、应对机制和策略的有效性.The evolution process of the college network public opinion crisis is analyzed first, based on this, a GERT network model is established. Then crisis grade is judged through Baidu index and time duration based on this, a ＂Grading warning＂ mechanism is proposed to provide an effective decision method. In addition, the coping mechanism of prevention, control and reflection and monitoring is suggested to prevent the spread and happening again of the crisis. Finally, a case study is used to verify the effectiveness of the model and mechanism
