高校知识女性政治参与意识调查研究——基于山西省7所高校的调研

摘　　要：社会民主政治的发展离不开女性的广泛参与,尤其是具有较高文化水平的高校知识女性,其政治参与水平影响着民主化进程的推进。调查研究发现:高校知识女性对政治的关注度很高,但参与政治讨论的热情却不高;自我政治能力的认知度低于男性;维权意识不高,普遍认同男性在权力参与中的性别优势。因此,要提高高校知识女性的政治参与意识,积极发挥女性群体的积极性和创造力,不仅要改变根深蒂固的传统性别观念,还要把社会性别意识纳入高校发展的重大决策之中。Women＇s participation is indispensable for the development of social democratic politics,especially for the women intellectuals who possess superior literacy.The women＇s political participation level can affect the advance of democratization.This paper has investigated 435in-service staff from seven universities in Shanxi Province,and found that women intellectuals at universities pay close attention to politics,but they are not so enthusiastic in participating in political discussion.Simultaneously,they are less aware of their own political competencies,and lack the consciousness of safeguarding their own legal rights.What＇s more,there is a common recognition among them that men have a gender advantage in entitlement participation.Hence,it is time to make some changes to raise women intellectuals＇ awareness of political participation and give full play to their enthusiasm and creativity.Not only the traditionally deep-rooted gender consciousness should be changed,but also the social gender consciousness should be taken into consideration when it comes to important decisions about the development of universities.
