摘 要:为了探讨刺五加合生元对哺乳犊牛血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量的影响,选取健康状况良好的犊牛18头,随机分为3组,分别为试验组Ⅰ(空白对照组)、试验组Ⅱ(添加益生素组)、试验组Ⅲ(添加刺五加合生元组);分别于犊牛的5、14日龄及21日龄颈静脉采血,3 500 r/min离心35 min,后将置于25℃~37℃温水的杯内待血清析出,-20℃保存.分析前解冻并测定血清TAOC、IgG及IgA的含量;利用SPSS 17.0统计软件对数据进行分析.结果,犊牛14日龄时,试验组ⅢT-AOC显著高于试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ(P<0.05);在犊牛21日龄时,试验组ⅢTAOC比试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别提高26.33%和31.04%..在犊牛21日龄时,试验组Ⅲ血清中的IgG含量显著高于试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ (P<0.05),且分别提高了21.38%和11.24%.而血清IgA的含量,犊牛21日龄时试验组Ⅲ显著高于试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ,分别提高了22.19%和9.87%.表明在对哺乳犊牛T-AOC、IgG及IgA作用上,刺五加合生元要优于益生素.To study the effect of Acanthopanax Synbiotics on serum protein of lactation calves.18 good health of calves were se-lected and were randomly divided into three groups that were experimental group [ (control group)experimental group II (probioticgroup) and experimental group Ⅲ (Acanthopanax Synbiotics group).The blood of jugular vein was taken on day 5,14 and 2I respec-tively and was placed in the cups with 25 ℃-37 ℃ warm water after centrifuging at speed of 3 500 r/min and serum was extracted,and then stored under -20 ℃.The T-AOC IgG and IgA were determined after the thawing of the serum. The data were analyzed bySPSS17.0 software. At age of 14days old, the content of TAOC in experimental group Ⅲ was significantly higher(P〈0.05)than that ofexperimental group I and experimental group II;At age of 21days old, the content of TAOC in experimental group BI was significant-ly higher than that of experimental group I (26.33%)and experimental group Ⅱ (31.04%).At age of 21days old,the content of IgG inexperimental group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of experimental group I (21.38% ) and experimental group Ⅱ ( 11.24% ) ; thecontent of IgA in experimental group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of experimental group I (22.19%) and experimental group Ⅱ(9.87%).Acanthopanax Synbiotics was better than probiotics in promoting the serum TAOC ,IgG and IgA of lactation calves.
