TGF-β1滴眼对犬穿透性角膜移植术后免疫排斥反应的试验

摘　　要：为探究TGF-β1蛋白溶液点眼对犬穿透性角膜移植后免疫排斥发生时间和角膜组织结构的变化。将健康本地杂交犬进行穿透性角膜移植手术(PKP)后分别用TGF-β1蛋白溶液,生理盐水连续点眼。TGF-β1蛋白溶液点眼组与生理盐水点眼组角膜植片发生免疫排斥反应的平均时间差异极显著(P<0.01)。经角膜切片观察角膜组织结构变化,TGF-β1蛋白溶液点眼组术后14 d后基本正常,生理盐水点眼组3 d内皮层有部分损失,7 d内皮层脱落,基质层中度水肿,14 d后内皮层完全脱落,基质层严重水肿,后弹力层部分缺失,上皮层部分缺失。Study on the Immune rejection time and the structure of the corneal tissue upon applying TGF-B1 eye drops after Pen-etrating Keratoplasty（PKP）in canine. TGF-β1 eye drops and normal saline eye drops after PKP in canine were used respectively.Theaverage immunological rejection time of the TGF-β1 eye drops group and normal saline eye drops group showed obvious difference（P〈0.01）. The corneal tissue of the TGF-β1 eye drops group became normal 14 days after PKP, and the normal saline eye drops /group had some losses within 3 days, falling off of endodermis, and moderate edema of stromal layer within 7 days, complete cortexloss, severe edema of substrate layer, then elastic layer and cortex loss after 14 days.
