摘  要:为了确立藏药绿萝花总化学成分的水提工艺,给绿萝花药理研究和开发利用提供研究材料。采用L9(34)正交表设计试验,结合单因素考察,对药材浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数4个影响因素进行优化。结果以水提后的总化合物干膏重量为评价指标,最终确定水提工艺为:浸泡时间0.5 h,加水量20倍,加热时间1 h,煎煮次数3次。表明水提工艺组合稳定可靠,水提干膏平均收率为23.11%(23.12%、23.17%、23.05%),均接近正交方案中的最高值。Objective This paper aimed at establishing the water-extracting technology of total chemical compositions of Scind-apsus aureus, thereby supporting research materials for pharmacological research and development of Scindapsus aureus. MethodUsing L9 (34)orthogonal table and combined with single factor investigation to optimize soak time water consumption boil time andboil times. Results Dry paste weight of total chemical compositon was determined as the assessment eriteria. The optimial trchnotogywas established,namely soaking for 0.5 h,20times of water consumption, boiling 3times and 1.5h each time. Conclusion The final op-timial technology was stable, the average percent of dry paste yield was 23.11% (23.12% 23.17% 23.15%), which were closed to themaximum of orthogonal experiment.
