摘　　要：随着列车不断提速,对铁道车辆用牵引电动机提出了轻量、高功率、节能、静音性、省维修等诸多方面的要求,牵引电动机面临严峻的挑战。文章介绍了为满足上述需求,研制的最新全封闭牵引电动机的技术动向,阐述了这类电动机的结构、特征,及省维修化等方面的实例。With the increase of train operation speed,requirements on traction motors have been made for light weight,high power,energy-saving,low noise,less maintenance,etc.,and traction motors are facing severe challenges.This paper presents the latest development trend of fully enclosed traction motors to satisfy the above-mentioned demands,along with their structures,characteristics and examples of less maintenance.
