基于电网省地一体化维护的图模集成研究

摘　　要：目前调度系统普遍采用分级维护和模型拼接方法:各级电网只建立各自权限范围内的电网模型和图形,对外采用等值处理,上级电网通过模型拼接的方法来获得尽可能完整的电网模型。但是这种方法存在模型失真和图模脱节问题:上级电网很难获得完整的电网模型,图形与拼接后的模型也不对应。针对此问题,介绍了一种新的省地一体化维护的图模集成方法。通过改造调度系统的维护工具,引导各级电网在同一个全景模型上维护,同时为各级人员提供视图,获得不同的信息断面和图形展示。在责任区权限控制下,各级维护人员仍然只能维护各自权限范围内的电网模型和图形,但对外部分不再采用等值处理,而是分配给具有相应权限的人员维护,在维护阶段保证了模型和图形的完整性和一致性。最后该方法应用于广西省调新建OCS系统中,验证了该技术的实用性。Currently, classified maintenance and model splicing are widely used in power dispatching system, that is, the subordinate grids establish their own models and graphics within their coverage and adopt equivalent treatment for the outside system; while the superior grid establish the network model by splicing the models and graphs of the subordinate grids. However, in real cases, model distortion and inconsistent graphic-model usually make the superior grid difficult to obtain a complete and accurate grid model, and the spliced model is often inconsistent with the graphics. In this paper, a new method of power network model integration is described. By the modification to the maintenance tools of the dispatching system, a panoramic model is maintained by power staffs at all levels, and different information sections and graphical display can be obtained through the view. In the responsibility area of access control, maintenance staffs at all levels are limited to the models and graphics within their coverage and can no longer adopt equivalent treatment for the outside system. The model integrity and consistency can be then solved in the maintenance phase. Finally, the application of the method in the new OCS system of Guangxi in China Southern Power Grid is introduced, which verifies the practicality of the method.
