DEA视角下基于主成分分析的城市轨道交通建设水平研究

摘　　要：为解决日益严重的交通拥堵问题,轨道交通建设正在我国各大、中城市快速兴起.本文以北京市为例,在合理确定评价指标的同时,借用DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)模型为各指标分配了权重,利用主成分分析法构建了轨道交通及经济社会发展评价指数,揭示了轨道交通建设与经济社会发展之间的关系,进而预测未来北京市轨道交通建设的合理水平.研究结果表明:目前北京轨道交通建设水平及轨道交通规划相对于经济社会发展而言处于合理超前的状态.Nowadays,traffic jam is becoming serious. More and more cities in China begin construction rail transit in order to solve this problem. Taking Beijing as an example,this paper ascertains the evaluation index reasonably,allocates the weights for each index using the DEA model,and conforms the rail transit and economic ＆ social development evaluation index based on the principal component analysis. It reveals the numerical relationship between rail transit construction and economic ＆ social. The calculation results show that,compared with the economic and social development,Beijing’s rail transit construction level is in the advanced state at present. According to the Beijing’s goals for economic and social development in future,this paper forecasts Beijing rail transit construction’s reasonable level.
