摘 要:通过对已有的发动机燃烧信号的分析,设计了燃烧信号输出装置,同时基于Lab VIEW开发了燃烧分析系统.通过Solid Works设计了模拟装置的连接部件和支架等,采用与电机连接的曲轴转角编码器产生采样信号和上止点信号,利用NI采集卡实现对已有燃烧信号的重采样.系统利用插值算法完成了时域/角域信号的转换,保证了模拟试验中采集的信号的正确性;研究了高速采集下,程序不发生溢出错误的参数设置问题;对采集数据进行分析处理,实现p-φ图的显示及有效性能指标的计算.试验表明:该系统工作可靠,采集数据误差在2%以内,指示功和平均指示压力误差在3%以内,系统精度满足使用要求.In order to analyze engine combustion signal which is saved in actual experiment,the device which is used to output combustion signal is designed,meanwhile,the combustion signal analysis system based on Lab VIEW is developed. The connection parts and brackets of simulation device are designed using Solid Works. The output signal of crank shaft angle encoder which is connected with the motor shaft is taken as scan clock and TDC(top dead center) signal. Therefore,the combustion signal can be resampled using NI acquisition card. To ensure the correctness of the acquisition signal in the simulation device,the system completes the conversion of combustion signal which is sampled based on time or angle using interpolation algorithm. To avoid data-overrun error under high-speed acquisition,the method of parameters setting is discussed. Function of data processing and graph display about p-φ diagram are realized as well as engine performance indexes are calculated. Experiment results show that the system works well and meets the accuracy demands.
