摘　　要：澳门病态赌博日趋严重与救助立法缺失现状之间的矛盾由来已久。澳门病态赌博救助法制化的必要性缘自澳门当下特殊的管制环境与病态赌博救助所牵涉利益的复杂性。为了尽快实现病态赌博救助法制化,应将理论着力点放置于救助法的内容(规制手段)与形式(法律位阶)两个方面。鉴于"病态赌徒"具有双重认定标准,澳门病态赌博救助法制化目前仍是一个极具挑战性的前沿课题。It is a long-standing contradiction of pathological gambling in Macao and the lack of its salvation legislation.The necessity of the salvation legislation of pathological gambling in Macao is for the current special control environment in Macao and the complexity of the interests involved in the salvation of pathological gambling.In order to realize the salvation legislation of pathological gambling as soon as possible,we should pay more theoretical attention to two aspects：the content of the act of salvation（the regulation means） and its form（legal hierarchy）.In view of the double defining standard of ＂pathological gambler＂,the salvation legislation of pathological gambling in Macao is still a challenging frontier.
