摘　　要：目的：了解近5年医疗质量变化趋势，为医院长远发展提供数据支持。方法采用层次分析法，确定评价指标体系和权重，计算综合评分指数。结果近5年医疗质量逐年稳步提高。结论医院医疗质量管理体系完善，寻找管理突破口，提高发展加速度，实现医院跨越式发展。Objective To support the long term development of the hospital based on the data of the medical quality trend in the past five years. Methods The analytic hierarchy process （ AHP） was used to determine the evaluation indexes and their weights, and to calculate the general index （ GI） . Results The medical quality improved steadily in the past five years. Conclusion The medical quality management system was intact, and finding out the breakthrough was important to accelerate the development.
