摘 要:目的:与复方丹参注射液(丹参+三七)比较,探讨滇产鼠尾草复方注射液,即复方褐毛甘西鼠尾(褐毛甘西鼠尾+三七)对大鼠离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,及其在抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤方面替代丹参的可行性。方法采用离体Langendorff缺血再灌注模型,低灌15 min复灌30 min。实验过程全程记录冠脉流量、心率和心肌收缩力。结果滇产褐毛甘西鼠尾草复方注射液能明显增加冠脉流量,增强再灌注期间的心肌收缩力,减慢心率。结论滇产褐毛甘西鼠尾草复方注射液有较好的抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用,与复方丹参注射液相似,说明滇产褐毛甘西鼠尾草可在抗心肌再灌注损伤方面替代丹参。Objective To find out the cardio protection induced by the compounded injections made from SM (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)+PN [Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H.Chen], SPr (Salvia przewalskii Maxim var mandarinorum stib) can be used as SM against cardio ischemia/reperfusion injury or not. Mathods The Langendorff model in vitro was introduced. We perfused every rat's heart at low rate of flow with Kreb's solution for 15 min at first, then, followed normal perfusion for 30 min. We recorded contractile force, perfusion flow, and rhythm during experiment. Results The injections of SPr+PN were able to enhance ventrical contractile force, increase coronary flow, and slacken heart rate, as injection of SM+PN did. Conclusion The compounded injections from SPr+PN employ cardio protection against ischemia/reperfusion injury, which is not less powerful than the injection form SM+PN, and which suggests that SPr can be likely replacers for SM to protect myocardium from ischemia/reperfusion injury.
