摘 要:目的:探讨血清中HBsAg、HBeAg与HBV DNA的关系,为乙型肝炎的诊治提供科学依据。方法对927例患者的HBsAg、HBeAg和HBV DNA间的关系进行了回顾性分析。结果927例血清标本中,HBsAg和HBeAg均阳性组中HBV DNA阳性率为最高,为70.44%。不同浓度HBV DNA组与HBV DNA阴性组比较,阴性组的HBeAg阳性率明显低于其他各组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在检测HBsAg和HBeAg定量的同时联合检测HBV DNA,有助于更准确判断病毒复制情况,进行疗效监测,优化治疗方案。Objective To assess the relationship between Hepatitis B virus DNA and HBsAg, HBeAg in serum,and to provide the reference for clinical treatment. Methods The 927 cases which detected the HBV DNA and HBsAg, HBeAg in serum were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 927 cases, the models of HBsAg positive and HBeAg positive were with the highest positive rate of HBV DNA. The positive rate of HBeAg at the HBV DNA negative was lower than others at different concentrations of HBV DNA. Conclusion The combination detection of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV-DNA in serum help to judgment virus replication more accurately, monitor curative effect and optimize the treatment plan.
