摘 要:利用农业行业标准"NY/T-1433—2007、NY/T-1433—2014"中分别推荐的24和48个SSR标记,对2013年江苏区试粳稻品系和2009~2014年间江苏审定品种中的46个粳稻品种进行鉴定,证实2个版本中的SSR标记均不能完全鉴别供试的江苏粳稻品种。以12个代表性粳稻品种为材料,从714个SSR标记中筛选到133个在代表性品种间存在多态性的标记,结合"NY/T-1433—2014"中的多态性标记共计153个,构建了46个粳稻品种的SSR指纹。以品种间SSR指纹差异位点数、标记分布均匀性及多态性评价指标值为筛选依据,从153个SSR标记中初步确定了52个核心标记用于江苏水稻品种鉴定,构建了46个粳稻品种的SSR指纹。对52个标记在江苏水稻尤其是粳稻品种鉴定中的优点及进一步完善的策略进行了讨论。The sets of 24 and 48 SSR(Simple sequence repeat) markers for rice variety identification reported in Industrial standards of Agriculture Ministry, "NY/T-1433-2007"(named 2007 version) and "NY/T-1433-2014"(named2014 version),respectively,were used to identify 46 japonica rice varieties authorized by Jiangsu Government from 2009 to 2014.Results indicated that both 24 and 48 markers were not able to completely identify all 46 varieties.A total of 133 out of 714 SSR markers showed polymorphism on 12-set japonica varieties selected were obtained.Plus the polymorphic SSR markers from the Industrial standard of 2014 version,total of 153 polymorphic SSR markers were used to develop the DNA fingerprints of the 46 japonica varieties.According to the filter criteria that any of two varieties have at least2 differential SSR loci and the distribution uniformity of the markers on rice genome and the PIC(polymorphic information content) of each marker,we preliminarily determined a set of 52 core SSR markers that were capable of identifying rice varieties in Jiangsu.The specific fingerprint for each of the 46 rice varieties was established by using the 52 core SSR markers.The advantages and the further improving strategies of the 52 SSR markers on identifying Jiangsu rice varieties especially on japonica rice varieties were discussed.
