摘  要:以抗蚜品种早二N和感蚜品种四川寸金为试材,研究瓜蚜取食对2个品种黄瓜抗生物质的影响。结果表明:瓜蚜取食后,黄瓜叶片中可溶性糖含量逐渐上升,取食72 h达最高值,此后逐渐下降,取食96 h时恢复到取食前水平;当瓜蚜取食时间较长时,虫口密度对黄瓜叶片中可溶性糖含量有一定的影响。黄瓜叶片中游离脯氨酸含量在瓜蚜取食后迅速上升,取食48 h达最高值,此后逐渐下降,取食96 h时恢复到取食前水平;瓜蚜虫口密度越大,对黄瓜叶片中游离脯氨酸诱导强度越大。瓜蚜取食后,酚类化合物含量呈下降趋势,但取食48 h后上升且高于取食前,取食72 h达最高值,此后逐渐下降,取食96 h时恢复到取食前水平;随着瓜蚜虫口密度的提高,黄瓜叶片中酚类化合物含量呈明显的上升趋势。黄酮类化合物含量在瓜蚜取食后快速上升,取食48 h达最高点,此后逐渐下降,取食96 h时恢复到对照水平;随着瓜蚜虫口密度的提高,黄瓜叶片中黄酮类化合物含量呈明显的上升趋势。With the aphid-resistant Zao Ⅱ N and aphid-sensitive Sichuan Cunjin as the testing matierials,the effects of anti-biotic substances inside the two varieties of cucumbers were observed and measured after the Aphis gossypii feed.The results show that the content of soluble sugar increase in the cucumber leaves after the A.gossypii sucking.The amount of soluble sugar reached its peak at 72 h after the feed,then began to fall and return to its original status before the feed after 96 h.If the feed time was relatively long,the population density of the aphid produced some influence on the content of soluble sugar in the leaves.After the feed,the content of free proline in the leaves gradually increased and reached its peak in 48 h and then began to fall and restore to its original status in 96 h.The higher the population density,the stronger the inducement of free proline in the leaves was.The phenolic compounds started to fall after the feed,but then began to rise after 48 h with the amount even higher than that before the feed.The amount of phenolic compounds reached its peak after 72 h and then began to fall,and restore to its original status after 96 h.As the population density was raised,the content of phenolic compounds contained in the leaves significantly increased.The amount of flavonoid rose rapidly after the feed and reached its climax after 48 h.Then it began to fall and restore to its original status after 96 h.With the increased population density,the content of flavonoid in the leaves significantly increased.
