摘　　要：本研究分析了大学外语教师特点,对全国23所高校大学外语教师做了问卷调查与访谈,咨询了数十名外语界的教育专家,在此基础上构建了大学外语教师绩效评估的指标体系,探讨了大学外语教师绩效评估与质量提升的策略与方法。本研究运用数据包络分析方法对某外语学院15位外语教师的绩效评估进行了实证研究,证明了所构建指标体系的科学性和可行性,有效提升了大学外语教师队伍的质量。本研究将为大学外语教师队伍建设和质量提升的继续研究奠定基础。this paper studied the characteristics of college English teachers, questionnaires and interviews were made in the scope of 23 universities, on the base of that a college foreign language teacher performance evaluation system model was built. The measures and methods of evaluation were discussed in this paper. Using data envelopment analysis method, a case of 15 college English teachers＇ performance evaluation was studied. It was a good evidence of the feasibility of the college foreign language teacher performance evaluation system model. This study would contribute the continue study of college foreign language teacher team development.
