Multiple Satellites Serve the Yunnan Earthquake

摘　　要：Astrong 6.6-Magnitude earthquake hit Jinggu County,Puer City in Yunnan Province at 21:49 Beijing Time on October 7.China Center for Resources Satellite Data and Application(CRESDA)activated Level II emergency response action immediately after receiving the information and deployed several domestic land observation satellites to monitor the earthquake-hit areas.The ZY-1 02C satellite took picturesAstrong 6.6-Magnitude earthquake hit Jinggu County, Puer City in Yunnan Province at 21：49 Beijing Time on October 7. China Center for Resources Satellite Data and Application （CRESDA） activated Level II emergency response action immediately after receiving the information and deployed several domestic land observation satellites to monitor the earthquake-hit areas. The ZY-1 02C satellite took pictures of the disaster-stricken area at 12：00 on October 8. Then other in-orbit high resolution land observation satellites including GF-1 and GF-2 were deployed to make continuous observation of the area.
