摘 要:针对运-12飞机发房零件模具复制生产的需求,提出了满足模具逆向设计后可快速投产条件的技术指标要求。以某一发房零件模具为例,利用三维光学扫描设备ATOS Compact Scan 5M进行高质量点云采集,采用曲面拟合方法完成了模具的三维CAD模型的重建,逆向数模与扫描点云的平均误差在±0.1mm范围内,模具型面满足切线连续性的要求,为此类零件模具的高精逆向设计奠定了技术基础。In this paper,aiming at the reproduction requirement for the mold of transport-12 aircraft engine room parts,and the technical index requirements to quickly put into production is put forward after the reverse design of mold.Using the mold of aircraft room parts as an example,three-dimensional optical scanning equipment ATOS Compact Scan 5M is used to collect high quality point cloud,and the 3D CAD model of mold is rebuilded by surface fitting.The average error between reverse data and scanning point cloud is within ±0.1mm.The requirements of tangent continuity is met.The technical foundation for the mold of high-precision reverse design is established.
