摘　　要：城市部件与地理编码普查是数字化城市管理的重要组成部分,它是将物化的城市管理对象转化为数字化信息的最具有实质性的一步,是实现数字化、精细化城市管理的基础。本文结合无锡市数字城管部件普查项目,介绍了该项目采用的技术路线与方法,重点介绍了一种基于ArcPad的部件普查内外业一体化的作业方法,包括底图数据的制作、外业调查采集、数据处理的步骤与方法等,以供参考。The census of urban components and geocoding is an important part of digital city management . As the most essential step of materializing urban management objects into digital information ,it is the basis for the realization of digital and refined urban management .Combined with the project of Wuxi digital urban management components census , this article introduces the technical route and method adopted in the project ,and describe in detail an integration of field and indoor work method of urban components census based on ArcPad ,including production of map data ,collection of field survey data ,steps and methods of data processing and so on ,and finally summarizes some experience for reference .
