摘　　要：在综合分析城市测绘生产及档案管理信息化现状的基础上,结合勘察测绘业务的具体需求,依据城市测绘业务流程,设计开发了运行在局域网内的城市测绘生产及档案管理系统。本文对该系统的总体架构、与测绘及档案业务密切相关的工作流程模型和档案管理模型进行了详细阐述。系统的建立使得测绘档案管理与测绘日常业务工作相关联,实现了业务管理、日常办公、档案管理及档案利用的一体化,满足了测绘部门日常管理及业务工作需要,是测绘档案现代化管理的有益探索,同时在实践上有利于提高测绘生产部门的管理水平。An information system ,deployed on the intranet ,for managing the process and results of urban surveying and mapping ,is introduced briefly ,which is developed using many web technologies ,such as web‐workflow ,web‐multimedia ,web‐file management , web‐GIS and so on ,integrated with the specific demands of the businesses of surveying and mapping .The general architecture of this system is introduced as well .The system promotes the management level of mapping production efficiently .
