基于阴道彩色超声评价加味生化汤在早孕药物流产中的价值研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过阴道彩色超声评价不同阻力指数的子宫螺旋动脉对早孕药流效果的影响,并探讨常规药物联合加味生化汤对早孕药流的临床治疗效果。[方法]筛选2012年10月至2013年6月我院收治的早孕孕妇76例作为研究对象,按照子宫螺旋动脉RI值将其分成高阻力组(RI>0.6)和低阻力组(RI≤0.6),两组孕妇各自再次平均随机分成观察组、对照组,对照组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行治疗,观察组加服加味生化汤。比较4组孕妇的药流效果,分析总结早孕药流的超声影像检查的应用价值。[结果]观察组孕妇药流的阴道出血时间、药流效果及并发感染情况较对照组明显具有优势(P<0.05);完全流产孕妇药流前后RI值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未完全流产孕妇药流前后RI值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]经阴道彩色超声可准确对早孕药流效果进行评价,常规用药联合加味生化汤对早孕药流患者可明显减少其出血时间,减少合并感染的发生率,具有临床应用和推广价值。[Purpose] To evaluate the effect of the drug flow by transvaginal color Doppler on early pregnancy,analyze medical abortion ultrasound imaging features,and explore the clinical effect of conventional biochemical soup flavored drug combination for medical abortion in early pregnancy. [Methods]Select 76 cases of pregnant women in early pregnancy in our hospital from October 2012 to June 2013 as research subjects. Application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound pregnant uterine spiral artery RI values,divided into high resistance（RI〉 0.6） and low resistance group（RI〈 0.6）,each again divided into two groups of pregnant women in the observation group,the control group,the control group with combined mifepristone and misoprostol for treatment,observation group of pregnant women plus Modified biochemical soup. Observed the drug flow effect in four groups pregnant women,analyzed and summarized medical abortion in early pregnancy for the value of ultrasound imaging examination. [Results] There was an advantage on the vaginal bleeding time,drug flow effects and concurrent infections compared with the control group,complete abortion pregnant drug flow before and after the RI value difference was more significant（P〈0.05）; incomplete abortion pregnant drug flow before and after the RI value had little difference（ P0.05）.[Conclusions] Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for early pregnancy can accurately evaluate the effect of the drug flow,realized with imaging features,while mifepristone,misoprostol combined with biochemical soup flavored drug flow in patients with early pregnancy can significantly reduce the bleeding time,the combined incidence of infection,clinical application and popularization value.
