法制视阈下我国体育道德失范及其治理研究

摘　　要：我国逐步进入法制化社会。由于体育商业化的冲击、体育法律法规的不完善、体育奖惩机制的不健全、体育道德意识的不足等因素影响,我国竞技体育中存在运动员兴奋剂泛滥、篡改运动员真实年龄、裁判员贪污受贿、一系列假球黑哨、赛场不文明行为等道德失范现象严重。加快完善体育道德法律法规、完善体育奖惩机制、提高相关主体的体育道德意识、加强体育核心价值教育,营造良好的体育道德环境等才能有效防范体育道德失范行为,促进体育事业健康有序可持续发展。The idea of the rule of law is win support among the people,China has gradually entered the legalization of social.However,due to the impact of the commercialization of sports,sports laws and regulations are not perfect,physical punishment mechanism is not perfect,the lack of sports moral consciousness and other factors,China＇s athletic sports doping overflowing,tampering with the athletes age,judge corruption,a series of match-fixing black whistle,playing the uncivilized behavior,moral anomie phenomenon is serious.Accelerate the improvement of sports moral laws and regulations,improve physical punishment mechanism,improve the awareness,sports ethics to strengthen the core value system education,create a good moral environment can effectively prevent the sports moral anomie behavior,promote the healthy and orderly development of the sports industry.
