体育艺术文化促进大学生健康发展实证研究

摘　　要：目的:针对我国目前对大学生健康素质的全面、系统、理论与实验、定性与定量、综合性研究尚存不足,与同行共同探讨体育艺术文化促进大学生健康发展。方法:以井冈山大学100名学生为研究调查对象,运用测试法、问卷法、数理统计方法对相关指标数据得分进行分析研究。结果:体温的指标P值>0.05,无显著差异;其它相关的指标P值都<0.05,有显著差异。结论:体育艺术文化促进大学生健康发展在生理健康指标方面能改善大学生的脉搏、血压,不影响人体正常体温;体育艺术文化促进大学生健康发展在心理健康、道德健康、社会健康方面能促进大学生树立正确的人生态度、满意的心境、和谐的人际关系、良好的个性;能培养大学生遵守法律法规、道德规范、职业美德、正确的社会舆论;能培养大学生爱护生态环境优美、加快经济发展、维护社会稳定、发展社会文化健康繁荣。Aiming at existing shortcomings of overall,systematic,theoretical and experimental,qualitative and quantitative,comprehensive research on current college students＇ health quality in China,we discussed ＂sports art culture promotes the healthy development of college students＂ with peers.Methodology：Taking 100 students from Jinggangshan University as research respondents,we adopted the method of literature consultation,test,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze and research the score of related index data.Result：The index of body temperature P0.05,no significant difference Other related index P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion：＂Sports art culture promotes the healthy development of college students＂ can improve the pulse and blood pressure of students in the aspect of physiological healthy index,but don＇t affect the normal body temperature.In the aspect of mental health,moral health,social health,＂Sports art culture promotes the healthy development of college students＂ can help college students form right philosophy,well-pleasing mood,harmony interpersonal relationships,and good characters.It can train college students to abide by the laws and regulations,moral norms,professional virtues,and correct public opinion.It also develops college students to protect the beautiful ecological environment,accelerate the economic development,maintain social stability,and blossom the healthy,prosperous social culture.
