温州国家级高水平体育后备人才基地训练与教学建设现状研究——以温州体育运动学校为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地调查法,对温州市国家级高水平体育后备人才基地的典型代表——温州体育运动学校的训练与教学建设现状进行调查研究。结果表明:"基地"的设施设备比较落后陈旧;教练员的业务档案资料有欠规范,信息不够齐全;体育局与教育局共管的"体教结合"办学模式取得了较为显著的成效;训练与教学建设存在的主要问题是未能充分体现学校校训、办学宗旨、培养目标等大政方针;管理机制和档案管理制度不够完善。Using the methods of literature,interview and field survey,this paper analyzed the present situation of training and teaching construction of national high level sports talented reserve Base in Wenzhou.The result shows that the facilities and equipment of the base was old.The archives of coaches were not standard and complete.The teaching mode of ＂integration of the PE and Education＂ was successful evidently.The main problems of the training and teaching construction of the base were the purpose of the palestra not completely,the system of management and archives not perfectly,and the facilities and equipment of training not finely.
