摘 要:利用透光树脂作导光组分,进行树脂导光水泥基材料(resin light conductive cementitious materials,RLCCM)的设计,采用先预制透光树脂单元再将其植入水泥基体的方法来制备树脂导光水泥基材料,采用强度试验、耐老化性能试验、透明度测量仪分别研究了树脂导光水泥基材料的力学性能、耐老化性能、透明度。结果表明:树脂导光水泥基材料具有良好的力学性能和耐老化性能,同时也具有良好的透光性能,透明度≥22%,足以满足采光要求,可以起到透光显影、采光节能的作用。Resin light conductive cementitious materials( RLCCM) was designed with transparent resin as light component,and its preparation process was established by pre-implanting resin prepared RLCCM as well. Mechanical property,ageing resistance and transparency of RLCCM were investigated by means of strength test,aging resistance test and transparency measuring instrument. The results showed that RLCCM had good mechanical properties and resistance to aging performance,but also had 22% or greater transparency. It was enough to meet the requirements of daylighting,and could play the role of pervious to light imaging and lighting energy saving.
