摘  要:催化裂化装置再生系统主风线路的压降不同,对主风机出口压力的要求也不同。确定了几种主风机组配套方案,通过计算各种配套方案的功率消耗,分析其对节能的影响,同时考虑了投资、占地、管道布置、操作是否方便等因素,最终选择了能量回收主风机组与离心主风机组匹配的方案。并对该方案中离心主风机的启动、并机、调节等进行了阐述。As the pressure drops in main air line of regeneration system of FCCU were different,their demands on pressure of fan outlets were different. Several ancillary designs of main air units were primarily determined,based on calculation of the power consumption,analysis of effects on energy conservation,and consideration of investment,land,piping layout and operability,the scheme of matching energy recovery main air unit with centrifuge units was finally selected. The operating methods such as starting,toggle and adjusting of the centrifugal fan were described.
