摘 要:钱家营矿业分公司-600m水平辅助提升暗立井,需更换双层罐笼1个,更换罐笼制动绳2根。采用传统施工方法,不能满足工期要求。经过开阔思路,积极创新,提出并采用了制动绳更换新方法。即利用原有的提升罐笼及首绳,对2根制动绳同时进行更换,提高了工效,比计划工期提前2d交井,实现了快速施工。此项技术具有设备投入少、准备工作量小、操作简便、安全可靠、工期短、成本低等优点,可推广应用到罐道钢丝绳更换施工中,极具推广应用价值。A two deck cage and 2cage braking ropes were required to be replaced in a-600 mlevel mine auxiliary hoisting blind shaft of Qianjiaying Mining Branch.A traditional construction method could not meet the construction period requirement.With a open and wide idea and an active innovation,a new replacement method of the braking rope was provided and applied.With the previous hoisting cage and main rope,the two braking ropes were replaced simultaneously.Thus the work efficiency would be improved,the construction period completed was two days in advance than the schedule construction period and a rapid construction was relized.The technology would have a less equipment input,less preparation workload,a simple operation,safety reliability,short construction period,low cost and other advantages,could be promoted and applied to the replacement of the guide steel rope and would have a high promotion and application value.
