摘  要:选取密度、竹木比和胶黏剂固体含量作为工艺因素,采用正交试验,对竹木重组材的物理力学性能进行了极差与方差分析。研究发现,密度对竹木重组材静曲强度、弹性模量的影响显著;竹木比对竹木重组材24 h吸水厚度膨胀率影响显著;胶黏剂固含量对竹木重组材内结合强度影响显著。对竹木重组材物理力学性能各项指标进行回归分析,得出回归方程,并通过分析得出优化工艺:密度为1.1,竹木比为3∶2,胶黏剂固含量为25%。An orthogonal test has been conducted by using the bamboo-wood ratio,solid content of adhesive and density as technologic factors,and the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo-wood composite scrimber were explored by range analysis and variance analysis. The results showed that the panel density had significant effects on MOR and MOE of the composite scrimber,the bamboo-wood ratio influenced significantly on its TS,and the solid content of adhesive impacted significant effect on its IB,the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo-wood composite scrimber were researched by regression analysis. The optimizing process was as follows: panel density,1. 1; bamboo-wood ratio,3 ∶ 2; solid content of adhesive,25%.
