摘 要:本试验研究通过相同饲养条件下的35日龄仔猪分别使用高致病性猪蓝耳病弱毒疫苗与灭活苗进行高致病性猪蓝耳病首免,并分别在首免当日、28日、58日检测高致病性猪蓝耳病免疫抗体水平,结果发现,使用弱毒疫苗免疫的猪高致病性蓝耳病抗体上升速度和抗体水平均优于使用灭活苗的猪。试验结果表明弱毒灭活苗可在接种后21-28日产生免疫力,免疫期为4个月,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征流行的地区应该首先考虑使用弱毒活疫苗。This experimental study through the same feeding conditions of piglet(35days age)respectively using highly pathogenic blue-ear sick poison vaccine inactivated seedlings with highly pathogenic blue-ear disease immunity for the first time.In immune for the first time that day,for the first time 28 days and 58 days,the initial immune detection of highly pathogenic blue-ear disease immune antibody levels,we found that use weak poison vaccine immune antibody of highly pathogenic blue-ear pig disease is rising faster and antibody levels were better than that of using inactivated seedlings pigs.Experimental results show that weak poison inactivated seedlings can be produced after vaccination 21-28 immunity,immune period for 4 months,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome epidemic areas should first consider using weak vaccine.
