饥饿疗法治疗产蛋鸡强毒新城疫的临床效果

摘　　要：新城疫对产蛋鸡危害严重,即使在免疫状况良好的鸡群中仍会爆发该病,造成较高的死亡率。目前,常规治疗强毒新城疫的方法主要是联合使用抗病毒类和抗生素类药物,或对发病鸡群进行紧急接种,但治疗效果欠佳。本文借鉴传统中医辟谷治病的原理,对发病鸡群采取饥饿疗法进行治疗,取得了较好的效果。It has been well known that fasting therapy has an excellent effect on various kinds of human diseases.However,its effect on resistance to illness in poultry has not been clearly established.To determine if this therapy has similar actions in poultry,laying hens infected with Newcastle disease virus were treated with fasting therapy.We have observed intake rate,laying levels,antibody titers and mortality rate of the laying hens before and after the treatment from5 different farms.The result demonstrates that fasting therapy may be an efficiency method to control ND.
