总承包项目的全过程造价管理与控制研究

摘　　要：工程总承包项目造价管理与控制工作涉及工程项目的全过程以及与工程建设有关的各个要素及事项,具有很强的不确定性和不可预见性。针对项目全过程造价管理与控制的问题,基于工程总承包项目的视角,详细分析各个阶段的重要性和应采取的措施,并结合我国目前造价管理的现状及出现的问题,提出全面贯彻全过程造价管理与控制的思想和目标、使用规范和标准,并使其程序化和透明化、重视软件应用及充分利用已有条件进行全过程造价管理与控制实施的建议,以期提高投资效益,增加竞争力。General contract project cost control involves various elements and events in construction process,and it has uncertainty and unpredictability. In the light of the process cost control of construction project,based on the general contract project,combining with the present situation and problems of cost in China,proposals are presented to investment efficiency,increase competitiveness,put forward the proposals including fully implement the thought and goal of the whole- process cost management,using norms and standards to make it transparent and stylized,attaches great importance to the software application,and make full use of every opportunity and factors comprehensively implement the cost control.
