丝绸之路经济带下各省对外经济贸易发展综合评价研究  

On the Comprehensive Cultivation of Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Development Affected by the Silk Road Economic Belt

摘　　要：文章将丝绸之路经济带下的九个省份(西北五省和西南四省)的外经济贸易发展状况做综合评价分析,得到四川省各项指标排名第一位;新疆进口指标排名九省第四位,出口指标排名第三位,外商投资指标排名第七位;宁夏回族自治区及青海省各项指标排名分别位于第八位和第九位,最后对各省对外经济贸易发展提出一些建议,并以新疆维吾尔自治区为例,提出增强对外经贸实力实施办法。In this paper, through the comprehensive cultivation of external economic and trade development of the nine provinces （four northwest five provinces and southwest provinces） with the silk road made a comprehensive evaluation analysis,it shows that Sichuan province got the indicators first rank; Xinjiang province＇s import index ranked fourth of nine provinces and export index ranked third then its foreign investment index ranked seventh; Ningxia Autonomous Region and Qinghai province indicators ranked the eighth and ninth respectively. Finally,the author puts forward some proposals to the provincial foreign economic and trade development,and taking the Xinjiang Autonomous Region as an example, proposes concrete solutions.
