摘　　要：肾综合征出血热(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,HFRS)是一类以发热、出血、肾功能损害等多种症状为表现的急性传染病.该疾病严重影响人类的正常生活和工作.文章就该疾病的病原学、流行病学、发病机制及病理改变、临床表现和治疗方面的研究现状进行综述,并结合我国实际情况提出可行性建议.Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） is a type of acute infectious disease which behaves with fever, hemorrhage, renal failure and other symptoms. The disease seriously influences the normal life and work of the populations. The research status of the disease were reviewed from etiology, epidemiology, mechanism and pathology changes, clinical symptoms and treatment methods. Some practical advise which fit our country was also proposed in the article.
