摘 要:Ti-Al系金属间化合物由于熔点高、密度低、比强度高等一系列优点,有可能取代镍基高温合金,成为新一代高温结构材料;但其存在的室温脆性限制了它的实际应用,制备工艺的发展和改进便成了关键。介绍了Ti-Al系金属间化合物的性能特点、研究状况以及制备工艺,指出结合攀枝花地区钛资源特点而提出的铝热还原法制备Ti-Al系金属间化合物的重要性。What makes Ti-Al-based intermetallics replace Ni-based high temperature alloys as high temperature structural materials is its advantages such as high melting point, low density and high specific strength etc. However, the practical application of Ti-Al-based alloys is limited due to its room temperature brittleness. Therefore, the development and improvement of the preparation process become a key problem. An introduction was made to the performance characteristics, research status and preparation processes. The importance of preparing Ti-Al- based intermetallics using aluminothermic reduction method was pointed out. The method was put forward according to the characteristics of Ti resources in Panzhihua.
