摘　　要：目的研究分析临床生化患有受到的影响因素,寻找有效的解决办法。方法 2012至2013年我院共有100例生活检验患者接受研究,对这些患者的临床检验问题进行探讨,寻找检验受到的影响因素,为患者提供有效的解决措施。结果患者的检测结果中共7例存在失误、偏差,所占比例为7.0%。1例为仪器问题;3例为标本因素,包括1例标本送检、保存因素,2例溶血因素;3例为患者因素,包括1例药物因素,2例饮食因素。结论医护人员在进行生化检验的时候,需要其具有比较高的责任心,能够按照要求来完成护理操作,医院同时要加强生化检验质量控制,能够为其提供准确的诊断以及治疗,让患者获得良好的检验服务。Objective To study the clinical and biochemical analysis with the impact factors, to find effective solutions.Methods In our hospital from 2012 to 2013 a total of 100 cases of patients accepting life test, discussed the clinical test in these patients, and looking for the influence factor of the test subject, to provide effective solving measures for patients.ResultsThe detection results in patients with 7 cases of the Communist Party of China there are errors, bias, the proportion of 7%. 1 cases of instrument problems; 3 cases of specimens of factors, including 1 cases of specimens, preservation factor, hemolytic factors in 2 cases; 3 patients factors, including 1 cases of drug factors, dietary factors in 2 cases.Conclusion The medical staff when biochemical test, need has relatively high sense of responsibility, able to complete the operation in accordance with the requirements of hospital care, at the same time to strengthen the biochemical quality control inspection, can provide accurate diagnosis and treatment for it, let patients get good inspection service.
