探究益母草颗粒联合生化汤丸对促进产后恢复的有效性观察

摘　　要：目的探究益母草颗粒联合生化汤丸在促进产后恢复的应用价值。方法选取142例经阴道分娩者作为研究对象,并且按照随机原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,产后不给予对照组任何药物处理,给予观察组口服益母草颗粒和生化汤丸。结果在胎盘分娩之后,两组的产后出血量差异较小没有统计学意义(P>0.05);结论产妇产后口服益母草颗粒和生化汤丸可以有效地预防产后出血,使胎膜残留率、宫缩乏力、产褥期感染率大大降低。Objective Motherwort particles jointly explore biochemical dumplings in promoting the value of postpartum recovery.Methods Selected 142 cases of vaginal deliveries as research subjects, and in accordance with the principles of the patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, postpartum without any drug treatment administered to the control group, given the observation group oral Motherwort particles and biochemical dumplings.Results After birth the placenta, postpartum hemorrhage is smal difference between the two groups was not statisticaly significant （P〉0.05）;Conclusion Postpartum oral Motherwort particles and biochemical dumplings can be effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage, so that the residual rate of fetal membranes, uterine inertia, puerperal infection greatly reduced.
