分析不同营养方式治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者预后的比较

摘　　要：目的探究重症急性胰腺炎患者在不同营养方式下的治疗,对患者预后的效果比较。方法我院于2013年4月到2014年4月接受了90例重症急性胰腺炎患者,通过抽签的方法将其分为A、B、C三组每组各30例患者,A组采用肠外营养方式治疗,B组采用肠内营养方式治疗,C组采用肠外加肠内营养治疗。对三组患者营养治疗期间的治疗效果进行分析,以及住院费用、时间等指标进行比较。结果经过三组患营养治疗后发现,C组患者在治疗期间的恢复效果最为明显,C组患者在住院天数、住院时间以及消化道的不良反应发生情况上都比A组和B组低,经过统计学对比,三组之前所得数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者在治疗过程中接受营养治疗十分重要,尤其是对肠内肠外进行营养治疗可以有效的降低患者的住院费用、住院时间内,同时患者的消化系统也会不断加强,这在临床医学中具有重要的意义,值得推广。Objective To explore the patients with severe acute pancreatitis treatment under different nutrition, effect on the prognosis of patients.Methods 90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis accepted, through the draw method it can be divided into A, B, C three group of 30 patients in each group. Nutritional therapy in patients with three groups during treatment effect is analyzed, and the hospitalization cost, time and so on.Results After three groups of nutritional therapy found that through statistical comparison, three sets of the data before the differences statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with severe acute pancreatitis nutrition therapy is very important in the process of treatment, it is of great importance in the clinical medicine, is worth promoting.
