摘　　要：目的：探讨加压锁定钢板与带锁髄内钉在治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折中的不同应用效果，并进行分析，以供参考。方法选取2013年3月～2014年1月我院收治的股骨干粉碎性骨折患者，共101例作为研究对象。并对其进行随机分成2组，一组为治疗组，患者为53例，该组患者采用带锁髄内钉固定的方式进行临床治疗；另一组为对照组，患者48例，该组患者采用加压锁定钢板固定的方法进行临床治疗。比较2组患者的平均手术时程、术中出血量及其骨折愈合时长，并进行分析。结果治疗组患者的平均手术时程、术中出血量及其骨折愈合时长三方面均要明显低于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论带锁髄内钉固定法在治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折中，有其显著疗效。它能够有效缩短患者的手术时程，减少患者的术中出血量，以此减轻患者的病症痛苦，提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床医学中推广。Objective To investigate the locking compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail grinding different application effect in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture, and carries on the analysis, for reference.Methods From 2013 March to 2014 January in our hospital of femoral shaft comminuted fracture patients, 101 cases as the research object. And it was randomly divided into 2 groups, one group was the treatment group, patients for 53 cases, the group of patients with clinical treatment by way of locking intramedullary nail fixation; another group was control group, 48 patients, the group was treated with locking compression plate fixation method for clinical treatment. Comparison of 2 groups of patients with the average operation duration, intraoperative bleeding volume and fracture healing time is long, and carries on the analysis. Results The average operative treatment in patients with duration, intraoperative bleeding volume and fracture healing of three are significantly lower than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft comminuted fracture, has the notable effect. It can effectively shorten the patient＇s surgical duration, reduce the amount of bleeding in operation of the patients in order to ease the pain of patients, symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical medicine.
