摘　　要：目的深入了解失能老人家庭照护质量的现状并分析其影响因素。方法对15名失能老人及其家庭照顾者进行深度访谈,并运用内容分析法进行分析。结果失能老人家庭照护质量主要是由失能老人及其照顾者共同影响的结果。结论对失能老人及其照顾者有针对性地采取措施,以便更好地提高失能老人的家庭照护质量,促进失能老人长期照护体系的健康发展。Objective Deep understanding of disability status of the quality of family care of the elderly and its influencing factors.MethodsIn 15 the frail elderly and their family caregivers were in-depth interviews, and the use ofcontent analysis method.Results The frail elderly home care quality is mainly composed of a disability common affecting seniorsand their caregivers results.ConclusionFor the frail elderly and their caregivers to take targeted measures, so as to better improve thedisabled elderly family care quality, promote the healthy development of disabled elderly long-term care system.
