摘　　要：目的：总结肾移植术后移植肾破裂出血的护理体会。方法回顾性分析我院2012年6月～2014年6月期间80例行肾移植患者的临床病例资料，分析肾移植破裂原因，并总结其护理体会。结果80例肾移植患者中7例患者发生移植肾破裂；4例肾破裂患者因出血量多且血压降低显著；3例患者行B超检查发现其出血量较少。给予绝对卧床休息和保守治疗，患者血压、尿量以及肾脏功能均恢复正常。结论对移植肾破裂患者实施密切观察，及时进行早期诊断，并采取有效治疗和积极护理能有效地提高患者移植肾的存活率，改善患者预后生活质量。Objective Summary after renal transplantation graft rupture bleeding body care experience.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in June 2012～80 June 2014 during a routine kidney transplant patients with clinical data, analyze the reasons for rupture kidney transplant, and summarize their nursing experience.Results 80 cases of renal transplant patients, seven patients transplanted kidney rupture occurred; four cases of patients with kidney rupture amount of bleeding and reduced blood pressure significantly; three cases of patients with B-ultrasound found smal amount of bleeding, giving absolute bed rest and conservative treatment, blood pressure, urine output and renal function were normal. Conclusion For patients with renal alograft rupture of close observation, early diagnosis and timely and effective treatment and positive patient care can improve graft survival, quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients.
