围绝经期综合征妇女皮肤交感反应的变化及其与性激素的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期综合征的妇女皮肤交感反应的变化与性激素之间的关系。方法选取我院2012年~2013年围绝经期综合征的妇女100例,作为观察组,选取同期未处于围绝经期内的健康妇女100例作为对照组,对两组受试人群做皮肤交感反应电反应试验以及血清中6项性激素检测,对比两组受试人群的皮肤交感反应以及性激素水平进行对比。结果观察组患者的皮肤交感反应的兴奋性明显较对照组人群低,观察组患者血清中的卵泡刺激素（FSH）、与促黄体生成素（LH）较对照组人群明显增高,雌二醇（E2）、泌乳素（PRL）、孕激素（P）、睾酮（T）则明显较对照组人群降低。结论围绝经期综合征患者的皮肤交感反应较健康妇女低,并与体内的雌激素水平具有相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between the change of sympathetic skin response confiningwomen menopause syndrome and sex hormones. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in our hospital of perimenopausalsyndrome 100 cases of women, as the observation group, select the same period not in perimenopausal period in100 healthy women as control group, the two groups do the detection of 6 sex hormone sympathetic skin responseelectric reaction test and serum were compared by, sympathetic skin response population were compared between the two groups and the level of sex hormone. Results The excitability of sympathetic skin response in patients withthe observation group obviously than control group low, observation of follicle stimulating group in serum of patients with hormone, and luteinizing hormone was significantly higher than control group, estradiol, prolactin, progesterone, testosterone is significantly lower than that in control groupsdecreased. Conclusion Menopausal syndrome of sympathetic skin response syndrome patients than in healthy women is low, and has correlation with in vivo estrogen level.
