摘 要:目的观察中医传统减压放松操对精神分裂症患者睡眠及阴性症状的影响。方法收集精神分裂症患者61例,由康复治疗师带领患者每日做中医传统减压放松操,每次时间30 min,锻炼周期为3个月,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)及以阴性症状量表(Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms,SANS)作为评估工具。结果受试者锻炼后PSQI总分与参加锻炼前差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),7个构成成分中睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠效率、安眠药物4个成分与参加锻炼前比较差异都有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。睡眠障碍得分与参加锻炼前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验前后患者的SANS评分的5个因子分均比锻炼前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医传统减压放松操对精神分裂症患者的睡眠及阴性症状有一定改善作用,操作简单而安全,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To observe the Traditional Chinese Medcine Relaxation Exercises Pressure( TREP) on sleep and negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients. Methods 61 cases of schizophrenia patients led by rehabilitation therapists do TREP daily,each time for about 30 minutes,the exercise period isabout three months,using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index,( PSQI) and Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms,( SANS) as an assessment tool. Results PSQI total score is a significant decrease( P 0.01) before participating in the exercise,seven constituents in sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep efficiency and hypnotics compare before there was a significant difference( P 0.01). The score of sleep disorders after the exercise compared w ith the previous score w as a significant difference( P 0.05). Patients before and after the experimental SANS score five factor scores lower than before the exercise,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.01). Conclusion The TREP may improve the sleep and negative symptoms of schizophrenia,and it is simple and safe operation,worthy of further research and promotion.
