摘　　要：群众路线落实到高校师生管理实践中，对促进学校努力做好培养人才、发展科学、服务社会的职能具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文从高校的“群众”是师生这一基本点出发，分析高校一切为了师生，一切依靠师生，一切服务师生的理念，具有深厚的以人为本位的人本思想特征，突出师生人本价值目标、人本价值主体、人本价值标准，促进高校更好地促进师生的全面发展。Mass line being put into practice in university management playing an important role in promoting the universities to perform their fuctions of cultivating individuals, developing science and serving the society. With the basis that the teachers and students are the ＂mass＂ of universities, this essay has analyzed the humanistic thought characteristc of universities, i.e. the univeisties of teacers and students are to rely on the teachers and students, serve the teachers and students, focusing on the the aims, the main body, and the standards of humanistic value of the teachers and students, in order to promote the overall development of the ＂mass＂ of the universities.
