摘 要:智能手环作为一种简单方便的可穿戴设备,对于大样本人群睡眠状况的研究可能做出贡献。笔者在临床睡眠监测工作中对一款智能手环和多导睡眠监测(PSG)进行了简单的对比观察。智能手环与PSG在入睡时间及清晨觉醒时间上有较好的一致性,可以监测到睡眠期间的大部分运动。类似于体动记录仪,智能手环可以用于失眠、睡眠呼吸障碍、周期性肢动障碍(PLMD)、昼夜节律失调性睡眠障碍等睡眠障碍的评估,但是也存在着需要解决的问题,需要研究者对硬件标准及使用中的细节进一步探讨。With the development of modern electronic technology, smart bracelet draws lots of clinical attentions. As a wearable device,it is easy and convenient to use. Smart bracelet may make a significant contribution for the large sample study of sleep medicine. Based on clinical work, the writer observed the consistent of smart bracelet and polysomnography (PSG). In sleep latency and morning waking time, there are good consistance of two devices. Confirmed by PSG, smart bracelet could monitor most major body movements during sleep. Smart bracelet is similar to actigraphy, which is particularly useful in the evaluation of some sleep disorders, such as insomnia, sleep-disordered breathing, PLMD and circadian rhythm sleep disorder. However, there are many issues need further discussion, especially for technical and monitoring specifications.
