补阳还五汤结合针刺治疗继发子宫性闭经的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察补阳还五汤结合针灸治疗继发子宫性闭经的临床疗效。方法收集2013年7月-2014年7月来我院就诊，确诊为继发性子宫性闭经的患者80例，随机分为对照组40例，给予补阳还五汤加减治疗；治疗组40例，在给予补阳还五汤的基础上给予针刺治疗。1个月为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后比较两组患者的总有效率。结果经过3个疗程的治疗后患者的临床症状明显改善，其中治疗组的总有效率为92.5%；对照组的总有效率为77.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用补阳还五汤加减结合针刺对继发性子宫性闭经患者具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床工作中推广。objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bu yang huan ifve decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment ofsecondary uterine amenorrhea. Methods From 2013 october-2014 october in our hospital, 80 cases were diagnosed secondary uterineamenorrhea patients, randomly divided into control group 40 cases,given Bu Yang Huan Five Decoction treatment; 40 cases in the treatment group were given acupuncture treatment, based on thepositive also ifve soup on the. 1 month to 1 course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups in the total efifciency. results After the clinical symptoms of the patients improved signiifcantly after the 3 course of treatment, the treatment group the total efifciency of 92.5%;control group, the total efifciency is 77.5%. Comparing the two groups with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. conclusion The positive also five soup addition and subtraction combined with acupuncture has a good clinical effect on patients with secondary uterine amenorrhea, it is worth to be popularized in clinical work.
