从美国就业指导模式看我国高校职业教育发展

摘　　要：在知识经济时代,高等职业教育模式不断完善与优化,高职教育更加以市场需求为导向,并越加体现出创新与实效特征。近年来,发达国家就业指导模式在市场调节下日趋成熟。本研究基于美国就业指导模式分析,对我国职业高校教育存在的不足进行研究,进而论证美国就业指导模式之于我国的指导性,以期对我国高校职业教育发展形成针对性改进策略。In information economy era, the concept of ＂ Market-oriented＂ is necessary in improving and optimizing the pattern of advanced vocational education in china, which further reflects the characteristics of innovation and utility. In the worldwide range, the career guidance patterns get increasingly mature under the market adjustment in not a few of developed countries. Based on the analysis of career guidance in the states, and the drawback of china＇s vocational education was analyzed in depth, and thus demonstrating the instructive effect of American career guidance pattern on china＇s vocation education in colleges and universities, and improving strategies for pertinence of the career guidance upon the china＇s vocational education.
