十二种常用中草药中微量元素的主成分分析

摘　　要：在已有实验数据的基础上,采用主成分分析法,对12种常用活血化瘀类中草药微量元素与质量之间的关系进行综合评价。本文计算获得了3个主成分及相应的主成分方程,表明主成分分析和因子得分可以用于12种中草药质量的综合评价,分析结果可以为药品研制和应用提供科学依据。In this paper,aprincipal component analysis method was applied to test and evaluate the relationship between trace elements and quality of 12 commonly used Chinese herbal medicines for promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis.The method described 3 principal components and related equations according to impact factor scores of the components,which was used to evaluate the qualities of 12 herbs integrately.The results provide predominant scientific basis for development and application of herb medicines.
